Inner Voice

When we live in tune and aligned with Nature, the needs of the body are more easily known. The body itself will let us know what it requires. It continues to fascinate me, observing this phenomena. Moving into Summer, I started craving more juice and cooling foods like: Cucumber, watermelon, Summer squash, coconut water and lettuces. Then housesitting for the last week in higher elevation and with much cooler climate, my body responded by wanting denser carbs and fats like cooked grains and nuts.

Sure, it serves with the enormous amount of readily available dietary information, but it is equally important to listen to the voice within – it there's there to guide you.
