Namaste Sister,

It brings me great joy to share a journey that has been blossoming in my heart for some time — Wisening Women, a series of five seasonal gatherings woven with intention, ritual, and sacred sisterhood. This offering has come together in the most beautiful way, in collaboration with two extraordinary women I deeply admire — Renée Loux and Pluma — both radiant, wise, and deeply rooted in heart-centered practice.

Wisening Women is a seasonal workshop series rooted in nature’s rhythms, feminine wisdom, and the ancient practice of gathering in circle. Each gathering aligns with the turning of the seasons and offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and honor the cycles within and around us. Together, we move through elemental rituals and practices, breath and mindful movement, self-care, plant teachings, and heartfelt sharing.

We have now concluded our first three gatherings —

Late Spring, Summer, and Autumn — each one rich with depth, connection, and remembrance.

Winter Gathering | Element of Ether | Jan 18th 2026

Winter invites us into stillness, spaciousness, and subtle awareness. Associated with the element of ether, this gathering is devoted to deep listening and receptivity. Through gentle ritual, breathwork, meditation, cacao ceremony, and shared presence, we soften the senses and create inner space for wisdom to emerge. This is a time to rest, reflect, and be held in sisterhood — allowing what is essential to quietly rise to the surface.
