It brings me great joy to share Wisening Women - a series of seasonal gatherings woven with intention, ritual, and sacred sisterhood, co-created with Renée Loux and Pluma. Rooted in nature’s rhythms and feminine wisdom, each gathering offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and honor the cycles within and around us through elemental practices, self-care, and heartfelt connection.

We have now completed our first four gatherings - Late Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter - and invite you to join us for our final circle.

Early Spring Gathering | Element of Water | May 3rd, 2026

Together, we’ll celebrate the element of water and the sense of taste, exploring the six tastes of Ayurveda while deepening our relationship to nourishment and feeling. We’ll share in sacred spa rituals with mud, scrubs, and oils, and offer songs and blessings to the waters and to one another.

We hope to gather in the sacred beauty of ʻĪao Valley (weather permitting), and would be so delighted for you to join us. This will be a rich, sensory, and heart-opening experience in community with other women.
