Ayurveda Woman
A sacred space for women to align with nature
Ayurveda Woman was created to help women realign with nature, restore their health, and reconnect with themselves. Our mission is to support women, particularly those approaching or experiencing midlife and menopause, by providing the education and tools needed to navigate the hormonal and life changes that this time brings.
Many women are caught off guard by the symptoms of menopause and are unaware that the habits and practices established earlier in life significantly influence how smoothly this transition unfolds. Therefore, we not only focus on women aged 40-60 but also encourage younger women to embrace a balanced lifestyle through Ayurvedic diet and practices.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is reportedly the oldest health care system in the world, dating back at least 5,000 years. Ayurveda is translated to “science of life” and offers tools and systems for how to live harmoniously in the human bodymind complex.
Each person is viewed and treated as a unique individual with tendencies for natural giftedness and imbalances. Ayurveda’s holistic approach is focused on prevention, natural therapies, and restoration of a person’s innate health, with equal emphasis on body, mind, and spirit.
In our culture, the drive to work hard and "push through" is often celebrated, but this can come at the expense of women's self-care and overall health, leading to both minor and major imbalances.
At Ayurveda Woman, we are deeply committed to women's well-being and seek to promote a different approach—one that empowers women to embrace their feminine qualities and supports each other in adopting a slower pace that prioritizes self-care.
I bow to the Divinity within you and I’m honored to support you on your health & healing journey
