Cleanse Class Juice - Perky Pear!

In this Autumn's Cleanse Class one of the cleansing juices on the menu is ~

PERKY PEAR Recipe, 2 servings
I N G R E D I E N T S :

  • 1/2 green pear, firm
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 head green lettuce
  • fresh ginger, 1-inch piece
  • 1/2 lime, peeled
  • 1/4 cups fresh mint & parsley
Cut fruit and vegetables to fit into juice funnel. Alternate pushing ingredients through.
Tip! Use celery stalks to push along leafy herbs and ginger.
