Berries & Greens Smoothie Recipe
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries (cherries, strawberries, blueberries)
- ½ frozen banana (I use frozen green bananas rich in prebiotics)
- 1 cup spinach or other greens
- 1 serving protein powder (Primal Kitchen or Sunwarrior brands)
- 1 tablespoon Green Drink powder
- optional add ins: vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, fresh mint or parsley
Place all ingredients in high-powered blender like Vitamix, and blend until smooth.
