That’s why we created this 4-Day At-Home Cleanse—simple, effective, and designed to fit into your daily life while you continue working. You’ll receive clear, step-by-step guidance along with digestive-supporting and cleansing herbs mailed directly to you, making it easy to restore balance and vitality.

File will be delivered digitally as a PDF, and you will receive a package in the mail with your cleanse products needed to start your cleanse.

It’s important to note that with our current booking App, you’re not able to reschedule or cancel your appointment date nor time online. To do this, you will need to text or call our office to avoid being charged for your booked service. Please see policies below. Call (949) 735-5625 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. Due to the individualized nature of Ayurvedic treatments, we ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment within at least 24-hours for Therapeutic Body Treatments including Abhyanga, Sirodhara and External Bastis; and within 6-hours for Consultations including Ayurvedic and Nutritional Consultations. 

If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment with the form of payment you used when booking the appointment. If we can fill your spot with a client on our wait list we will not charge you.

No-Show Policy

We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled within the 24-hour notice. If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment we will charge you 100% of your booked service price.

Late Policy

If you are 10 or more minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our other clients. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service that you missed.

Pañchakarma or cleansing, even this gentle home program, has a powerful effect and should be done only by individuals of sufficient strength. If you are anemic, feel weak and debilitated this program is not for you. If you are pregnant, pañchakarma is contraindicated whether at-home or in a clinic setting.

Ayurvedic Medicine is refined and profound, the simplicity of the program should not be underestimated. Even in this mild home version, unresolved past emotions such as anger, grief, sadness, etc. may be released by the dhatus or tissues, along with built-up ama and excess dohas (vāta, pitta and kapha). If emotions rise to the surface, this presents an invitation that takes courage and willpower – to heighten your awareness through Stillness as in meditation or relaxed deep breathing. The releasing of emotions may happen weeks after you finish your home pañchakarma.

The Cleanse is tailored specifically to you and starts with an Ayurvedic Quiz that will give you and us insight in your current state and point us to imbalances. We will then send you the herbs needed to help support harmonizing your digestion and cleanse the body. 

After purchase, here is what will happen:

1. You will receive a Welcome email that contains a link for you to take the Ayurvedic Quiz, the Cleanse Program and detailed instructions and videos to make sure you feel supported during your cleanse.
2. As you engage with your welcome email, the first (and important) step to take is to click the link to take you to the quiz so we can tailor the program to you and send you the right herbs
3. Upon completion of your quiz, I will receive all I need to prepare and send you the herbs needed. You will receive all you need to get started with your cleanse in this package.
4. You’re now ready to start your cleanse!
