Śirodhāra Treatment Package (3 sessions)
Śirodhāra is a deeply restorative Ayurvedic treatment designed to balance and calm the mind.
The experience begins with a brief full-body oiling, followed by a gentle, continuous stream of warm, carefully selected herbal oils over the forehead and Ajna Chakra. This soothing practice encourages a profound sense of relaxation and calm, helping to ease stress, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, anxiety, and irritability.
For optimal results, we recommend a series of three sessions. Our 3-session package offers 60-minute treatments at a savings of $42 compared to individual sessions.
