Cacao Green Banana Treats
Yields 8-12
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp green banana flour
- 3 Tbsp organic coconut oil, cold pressed or use ghee
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Shakti Cacao Powder or plain cacao powder
- 3 Tbsp nut butter or seed butter (cashew works well)
- 2 tsps maple syrup, or to taste
- Shredded coconut for rolling balls in
- Optional: Chopped almonds, walnuts, pecans, raisins, dried cranberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients (minus the shredded coconut) and mix well.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut onto a plate. With a teaspoon or tablespoon depending on how large you want the balls, take batter and roll into balls. Then roll the balls in the shredded coconut until well coated.
- Refrigerate and enjoy!
