5 Ways to Ground Vata as the temperature continues to drop…

  • Daily Self-Massage w/ Oil: Sesame, Almond or Olive Oil…if not full body, massage the feet before bed
  • Relax in a Warm Bath w/ Calming Essential Oils of Lavender, or enjoy a foot bath at night
  • Eat a diet of Moist, Warm and Easy-to-Digest, mostly Cooked Foods like Dahl and other Soups
